Lead change in communities and institutions: adaptive work, stakeholder mapping, coalitions and measuring civic impact.
What you will do
This module is built to be practised, not just read. Each of the 16 lessons is a narrated, captioned slide lesson at your own pace, followed by a real case, two reflection questions and an applied task on a situation you can influence.
Six topics
- Foundations of Civic Leadership
- Reading the Community
- Mobilising and Sustaining Change
- Designing Interventions and Coalitions
- Measuring Impact and Organising in a Digital Age
- Capstone and Leadership Audit
How you are assessed
Five topic assignments reviewed by a facilitator, five topic quizzes (pass mark 70%, three attempts), a capstone project and a final knowledge check. Completing the module earns a certificate of completion.
