This week moves learners out of controlled practice environments and into service communication.

Participants may be required to:

• deliver short leadership messages
• facilitate small discussions
• explain ideas simply
• respond to questions respectfully
• communicate with younger audiences in accessible language

Speaking to younger audiences is a valuable discipline because it forces clarity. If you can explain a leadership idea clearly to younger students, your own understanding becomes sharper.

This practicum is not about performance. It is about service through communication.

After the practicum, reflection becomes essential:

• What did I communicate clearly?
• What part connected best?
• Where did I struggle?
• What did I learn about myself as a communicator?
